H4D accessible holidays homes
Our accessible holiday homes are located on over 200 sites across the United Kingdom and offer a varying degree of accessibility depending on your condition.
We have found a great variation in units which many operators can change without notice so we need to inform them of needs to ensure correct allocation.
Some have wet rooms others are adapted but not fully accessible. Bedrooms may be twin beds in both rooms while others may have a double in master bedroom and twins in 2nd bedroom or just one single. Single beds range between 2ft/ 2ft3"/2ft6" and 3 ft widths, some bases are solid others slatted which has lower weight limit
H4D accessible caravan with ramp
Most units will have a parking space by unit sometimes next to ramp , others on road  near unit, bays on road are marked with disabled sign however not always marked with unit number so another badge holder may be in bay closest to the unit.
Around the sites there are a few disabled bays near public areas like reception, entertainment complex etc, however these often can be full.
Most of the ramps and made from U-PVC and some have a turn part way, most wheelchairs will be able to be pushed up, wider and some mobility scooters may struggle.
Some units have two doors, however only one is wide enough for wheelchairs, it can be a struggle to open doors if you are in a wheelchair as doors open outwards.
