Travelling by Eurostar with a Disability.

Starting your holiday or trip with Eurostar can make your trip go smoothly. Eurostar have between 2 to 6 Disabled Wheelhair spaces per train for those travelling in your wheelchair. Disabled toilets are available in a few carriages on board currently normally 9 and 10. Later we will give you tips to make your journey smoother.

Wheelchair ramp at European station .

Eurostar have ramps at their stations to help you get on and off, to make sure you can travel in the comfort of your own wheelchair, Eurostar have a wheelchair user fare. You can also take one travelling companion with you at a reduced rate. For non wheelchair users assistance to and from train is available.

As seen a regular seat is available next to each wheelchair space - currently only 1 per carriage.

Ebbsfleet Station - Nr Northfleet in West Kent

Ebbsfleet station is located approximately 10 mins from Junc 2 of the M25 near Dartford with easy access of  M20, M2, A25, A21, A20 and A2. Local buses stop at the station as well as Fastrak B linking National Express Routes to Bluewater to Ebbsfleet station

In addition South Eastern Trains have a reguarly service from 17 Stations on the High speed rail line via Ebbsfleet International.

These include :  St Pancras International, Stratford internationalEbbsfleet International, GravesendStrood, Rochester, Chatham, Gilingham, Rainham,   Sittingbourne, Faversham, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Birchington-on-Sea,Margate , Broadstairs and Ashford International

Parking for 5,000 cars is available at a Cost of £5 to £13.00 per day. 20 min drop off and pick up bays available.

You may need help or to go to front of station to collect trolley.
